General Information

What is the price of shipping?

We will ship via FedEx ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States unless otherwise requested. A shipping quote can be generated on the shopping cart page after you have added items to your cart. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to confirm these shipping costs. Please call a NetKnacks sales representative for a shipping quote to an APO address (FedEx will not deliver to an APO address).

What if my delivery address is outside the United States?

NetKnacks is happy to ship anywhere in the world. A shipping quote can be generated on the shopping cart page after you have added items to your cart. You will have the option to select a country other than United States. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to confirm these shipping costs.

How do I get my logo to you?

We have the USTA national program and USTA section and state logos on file – you will not need to send these. If you have a local program logo, you must e-mail the artwork to sales@netknacks.com.

What is an art proof?

It is important to us to confirm the accuracy of the information you wish to have printed and, in some cases, engraved on products.  We will e-mail you an art proof for approval or changes to insure this accuracy. Please respond immediately to an art proof as waiting will delay the order moving to production, which will delay delivery time.

Can NetKnacks sell promotional merchandise not available in the catalog?

Yes, we have access to thousands of other products. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will get you samples, pricing, etc.

What are my payment options?

Our accepted payment methods are check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you are a USTA national staff member or a sectional staff member, you may request on account billing.

Tennis Awards Ordering FAQ

How long will it take to have my awards engraved?

Engraving can be ready for shipment in 3-5 business days. Otherwise, production times are listed on the product page.

Do you have a minimum order?

You may order as few as one of any of our engraved or blank merchandise. We do have a minimum order on screen printed items. Minimum order quantities are listed on the product page.

Is there an extra charge for engraving?

All of the prices in our catalog include a free engraving as shown. The only additional charges may be if you request engraving in a second location. In addition, if we do not have your logo on file, there will be a one time set up fee of $35. If there are additional fees beyond this, they will be listed on the product page.

What fonts can I use on my awards?

We typically use most standard fonts (Times New Roman, Arial, etc.) on our engraved or etched awards. On engraving plates and silver trays, please click here to see the list of available fonts.

How many lines can I engrave on an item?

This depends on how large the engraving area is on each item. Engraving/etching areas are listed on the product page.

How long does it take to screen print awards?

Production times vary and are listed on the product page.

What is California Proposition 65?

A small number of products sold on this store contain substances that the state of California has determined may cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. According to a 2018 update to the Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly called Proposition 65, any products containing these substances that are sold in the state of California are required to have warnings describing their potential harm.

These products will have a warning label and description on the product page (see example below). We work with dozens of suppliers and always try our best to work most with suppliers actively devoted to compliance of all safety laws.

USTA League Tennis Awards Ordering FAQ

How long will it take to get my awards?

Delivery will range from several days to several weeks based on our in-stock inventory and the number of days in transit to you for shipping. Please provide your in-hands date at checkout, and we will contact you if we cannot meet your requested date. For orders needed in less than 2 weeks please call us and we will tell you which awards are available.

Can I customize the awards with a special logo or text?

You will need the approval of your section coordinator to change the print on the award. The cost to do this will vary by award. Please call for more information.

Can I order something from your catalog instead of from the awards program?

You will need to contact your section coordinator and get approval. When ordering from the catalog for league awards, please note that set up fees and minimum order quantities may apply.

What are my payment options?

If you are a section coordinator, you can be billed on a monthly basis. For all others, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We can only bill your section league coordinator for your awards if they have submitted an order online asking us to ship to you.

T-Shirt Ordering FAQ

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time for t-shirts ranges from 8-12 business days depending on where you are located. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

Is there an extra charge to print my sponsor logo?

If you print on the same side as the t-shirt design in one of the design colors there is no extra charge. If you want your logos in another color or location like the sleeve of the shirt, there will be an additional charge per color and each shirt will cost more. Please contact us if you have any question about t-shirt pricing.

Can you print t-shirts with a design that I supply or with text only?

Yes, we can. Please contact us to discusss pricing.

Embroidered Clothing Ordering FAQ

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time for embroidered clothing ranges from 8-12 business days depending on where you are located. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

Can I return embroidered clothing if I ordered the wrong size or wrong embroidery?

Unfortunately, custom embroidered clothing cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size or embroidery when you place your order.

USTA Quick Ship Ordering FAQ

How long will it take to get my order?

We try to keep inventory in stock at all times. If the merchandise you order is in stock, it will ship the next business day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. If it is not, we will call you and let you know the ship date. Transit time will vary based on your location. We will let you know if we cannot meet your requested date.

Can I customize the Quick Ship merchandise with a special logo or text? 

No. Quick Ship merchandise is sold pre-printed and cannot be customized.

Can I purchase USTA Program brochures, banners, forms, etc.?

Yes. Please, see the USTA program resources category in the Quick Ship section.

Return Policy

Items purchased from our Quick Ship section can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Customized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged as these items cannot be resold.
